Overview

Warehouse Coordinator Wanted – Must Love Pallets (and Order).

Are you the Sherlock Holmes of stock, the Gandalf of goods, the maestro of materials? MULTIVAC Australia is on the hunt for a Warehouse Coordinator who can keep our warehouse running smoother than a well-oiled conveyor belt.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just "move pallets"; we want someone who coordinates chaos into order, wrestles logistics into submission and somehow makes inventory checks fun (or at least tolerable).

Responsibilities
  • Make sure inbound and outbound shipments actually arrive on time.
  • Keep stock levels in check and hunt down discrepancies.
  • Ensure our warehouse is WHS-compliant because safety first, superhero capes optional.
  • Optimize our warehouse layout – Tetris skills a plus.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers and our internal teams to keep everything moving.
  • Maintain and check equipment so no forklifts stage a rebellion.
  • Some lifting and moving stock required (basically a workout with benefits).
  • Flexibility in working hours might be needed (because sometimes pallets have their own schedule).
Reported to

Day-to-day: State/Service Manager. You'll also interact with sales, customer service teams and the occasional friendly compliance officer.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control.
  • WHS savvy – safety is serious but signs on forklifts are encouraged.
  • WMS and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Problem-solving and organizational wizardry.
  • Forklift license and the ability to operate machinery safely.
  • Experience with MULTIVAC? Even know our world.
