About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Field Supervisors to join our growing N2P project team, based in Cambridge, TAS. • Lead and support teams on-site - working closely with subcontractors and colleagues to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate and communicate - providing clear guidance, escalating issues when needed, and keeping clients and supervisors informed.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and resources - overseeing HSE practices, checking work standards, and making sure materials and equipment are available when needed.

About YouAttitude, willingness to learn and an ability to work collaboratively are the key traits required to make this role a success.

If you don't tick all the boxes below, we would still love to hear from you:

  • A relevant trade qualification with experience in a supervisory role.
  • Telecommunications (Telstra/NBN) knowledge (advantageous).
  • Ability to read and interpret Telstra and NBN plans (advantageous).
  • Civil construction background (e.g., directional drilling, ploughing, open trenching).
  • Understanding residential and business cabling requirements.
  • Willingness to travel across the state.
