About the opportunity:

As our highly valued Service Advisor, you will be the essential link between our clients and the Technicians in our workshop at Northern Honda & Geely Epping.

By supporting clients to make informed decisions about vehicle maintenance and repairs, you will create a premium customer experience and play a crucial role in our dealership's sustained success.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is desirable.
• Confidence to sell and negotiate.
• Committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to assist our customers' needs.
• A current driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and time management skills.

You'll make an impact by:

• Ensuring a friendly, professional and efficient customer service by promptly answering enquiries, providing advice and proactively following up with clients.
• Liaising between clients and the workshop to ensure our technicians have accurate, up-to-date information to complete services and repairs efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Communicating vehicle inspection results to customers, recommending repairs and preparing work orders.
• Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the service department and collaborating with colleagues across the dealership to maintain effective operations and uphold our professional image.
• Taking responsibility for health and safety in the workplace and looking out for the physical and emotional wellbeing of others.

What you will bring:

• Outstanding communication with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture positive, long-term relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• A proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Well-presented, process-driven and highly organised, with the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.

What you do need is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
