About the Opportunity:
As a Cadet Business Manager, you'll work closely with our experienced Business Managers to learn all aspects of finance, insurance, and compliance within a dealership environment. This hands-on training role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow into a fully qualified Business Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with finance and insurance presentations to customers
- Preparing and submitting finance applications to a variety of lenders
- Supporting the sales team in structuring deals and quoting finance options
- Learning and adhering to compliance, privacy, and disclosure regulations
- Helping to finalise vehicle deliveries and documentation
- Developing strong product knowledge across Honda, Chery & Geely vehicles
What We're Looking For:
- A strong interest in automotive sales and finance
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Current driver's licence
