Tuki Espresso, a vibrant and community-loved café located in Ringwood East, is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef/Cook to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative kitchen environment.

Key Duties Include:

  • Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Seasoning food during cooking and ensuring flavour consistency
  • Portioning food, plating, and applying gravies, sauces, and garnishes
  • Storing ingredients and prepared food in temperature-controlled facilities
  • Preparing meals to accommodate special dietary requirements
  • Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to all health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar role or within the food industry
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or demonstrated kitchen skills
  • A self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic individual
  • Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude
