Tandoor Chef

Raas Indian is looking for a skilled Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team. We specialise in fresh, vibrant Indian flavours, crafted with care and served with heart.

About the role:

• Part-time role: 3 nights a week (Friday to Sunday)
• Shift timings: 5:00pm – close (approx. 9:30pm)
• Hands-on tandoor work including breads, kebabs, tikkas, and grills
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Working closely with the team to deliver consistent quality
• Potential to grow into a 5–6 night role as the restaurant expands

What we're looking for:

• Experience with tandoor cooking in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, especially North Indian styles
• Reliability and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
