Administration Officer

We are looking for someone who has a 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to manage and prioritise a range of administration support tasks.
This position is fast paced and will require organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver service in a timely manner.
Ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of admin experience.
This role would be a full time employment contract.
What we are looking for:
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage & prioritise requests
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Be able to work autonomously and follow directions
- Be organised and efficient
- Be able to multi-task and complete daily tasks within the time frame required
- Be able to work as part of a team effectively
About the role:
- Arranging and handling domestic and international freight (air freight and sea freight) shipments
- Assisting with the coordination of travel arrangements
- General office duties including filing, scanning, document preparation, printing etc
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining Post-Costings spreadsheets. Simple data analysis
- Assisting other staff members
- Other duties as required
