We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Administration Officer
to join our
Adelaide Windows & Doors
team. This is a key role within our branch, acting as the first point of contact for customers and supporting our operations team. You'll be working alongside dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality products and outstanding service.
Your Role
As an Administration Officer, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer support to ensure the smooth running of our branch.
Your Key Duties Will Include
- Handling inbound and outbound phone enquiries with professionalism and care
- Supporting both new and existing customers with a variety of requests
- Managing accounts payable, banking, and credit control
- Providing administrative support to the sales, production, and management teams
- Developing strong knowledge of our products, systems, and internal processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have excellent phone etiquette and a strong customer service mindset
- Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build rapport quickly
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Be punctual, organised, and able to meet strict deadlines
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport
