TLE has as their core business, sales of Electrical, Industrial, Solar,  Data Communication & Lighting products to Contractors, Industrial end-users, Government and others. Our philosophy includes the desire for each individual branch to operate as a standalone business unit and be responsible in its own right for the profitability that it generates.

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and self-disciplined individual, to fill the role of Trade Counter Services at our Fyshwick location.   As a Trade Counter Salesperson, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued trade customers. You'll provide product advice, process orders, help manage stock, provide sales quotations, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service at the trade counter
  • Assist customers with product selection and technical queries
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and returns accurately
  • Work closely with warehouse and internal sales teams
  • Build strong relationships with electricians, contractors, and suppliers

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar trade counter, retail or sales role (electrical industry preferred)
  • Solid product knowledge of electrical goods (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Basic computer literacy (experience with inventory systems a plus)
