MFW Trade Warehouse is a local, family-owned wholesaler of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Electrical Parts and Equipment

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team as an Internal Customer Service Representative. If you are enthusiastic, committed and full of energy – WE WANT YOU

The role:

This full-time position is a great opportunity to join Canberra's only independent Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Electrical Wholesaler in a position where you can really make a difference.

This role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Answering trade enquiries via phone and in person.
  • Using business software to manage stock/place orders.
  • Processing orders, including preparation of stock.
  • Preparing quotes for customers.
  • Addressing trade enquiries both in person & via phone.
  • Customer relationship building.
  • Sales and support of commercial refrigeration, air conditioning equipment accessories & ducting equipment.

As we are a small business, sometimes you will be needed to jump in and complete other duties as required. We have a great team here who work together to make sure the job gets done

Your experience:

You will have fantastic people skills, high attention to detail & great computer skills.

A proven sales background is a must & experience in the refrigeration, air conditioning & electrical industry is preferred.

Benefits:

An attractive remuneration package will be offered, dependent on experience.
