Senior Business Analyst – Data Governance

Company Overview

This established financial services organisation is embarking on a large-scale uplift of its data governance and compliance framework. The program will strengthen organisational data capability, enhance risk management, and streamline operational processes.

Role Overview

As the Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead process design and analysis activities to support and uplift a new Data Governance Framework. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure the new model integrates effectively into existing operations and supports compliance and risk objectives.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services or a regulated environment.

- Strong process design, mapping, and analysis skills using BPMN or similar frameworks.

- Experience working across data governance, risk / regulatory compliance, or policy standard related projects.

- Comfortable engaging with diverse business teams to define and embed process changes.

- Collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the ability to drive structured outcomes in agile environments.
