The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for multiple residential builds. You will be the key link between the office, trades, suppliers, and clients—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities across multiple projects
  • Liaise with trades, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to maintain clear communication
  • Ensure construction schedules are met and address delays proactively
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and OH&S standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports
  • Manage defect rectification and final handover processes

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in residential construction
  • Strong understanding of building plans, codes, and regulations
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Current driver's licence and relevant construction tickets (e.g. White Card)
