The Role
As a Commercial Construction Site Supervisor, you'll oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site staff, and liaise with clients and project managers to uphold Griffin Builders' standards of excellence on every build.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of site operations and manage day-to-day activities
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Oversee project timelines and ensure work meets quality standards
- Manage site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports
- Conduct regular site meetings with staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and disruptions
About You
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- In-depth understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety
- Capable of interpreting plans and other project documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction
- Carpentry Certificate and relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or similar
- White card and other relevant safety certifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
