About the role

Kingsford Lawyers' is seeking an enthusiastic Client Liaison/Sales Person to join our dynamic team in Ashmore, Queensland. This full-time role will see you working with our potential clients and ensuring our current clients are happy with their needs being met.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for potential clients, responding to their inquiries and providing personalised assistance to win them as a client
  • Maintaining our potential client records and documentation to follow up them up and keep them engaged to sign up us a client
  • Identify new business opportunities and assisting with proposals and presentations
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
  • Contributing to the development of client relationship management strategies
  • Performing general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a client-facing or sales role, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  • A genuine interest in the legal industry and a commitment to providing outstanding client service
