As a Sales and Service Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the front counter section, ensuring that exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.

About the Role

This position involves providing timely assistance to customers entering the trade centre, addressing their enquiries related to invoices, accounts, stock/products, quotes/orders, and customer feedback. You will also identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products, build sustainable relationships with customers by offering proactive and passionate customer service, and update our CRM and other databases as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt support to customers visiting the trade centre
  • Address customer queries on various matters such as invoices, accounts, stock/products, quotes/orders, and customer feedback
  • Recognize opportunities to promote additional sales through product recommendations
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering high-quality customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and other databases as needed

Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess similar work experience in a customer service retail environment, demonstrate exceptional communication skills with active listening ability, be target-driven towards increasing customer satisfaction and experience, and have familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal skills suited for working in a small team environment, strong organisational skills, numerical abilities, and problem-solving attitudes.
