At Gateway Training Academy, we guide students into training programs that can genuinely change their future. This is an entry-level role with full training and support  perfect for someone who wants to grow their communication and sales skills in a professional environment.


What You'll Do

  • Speak with people over the phone who've enquired about studying
  • Ask questions to understand their goals and help match them with the right course
  • Guide them through the enrolment process with warmth and care
  • Follow up with students and keep clear records in our CRM system
  • Work towards realistic enrolment goals with plenty of coaching and encouragement

What We're Looking For

  • Clear, friendly communicator who enjoys real conversations
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn experience is not required
  • Organised and reliable, able to follow through on tasks
  • Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service or call centres are welcome but not essential
  • Someone who wants to grow their confidence and career over time
