We're looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Consultant for job share role with Design Tiles.

Candidates must hold a Certificate or Diploma qualification as a minimum requirement for this junior graduate position.

Your role is a key part of the Design Tile's team as we strive to deliver exceptional service with expert advice and have a great online presence. This role is for a junior Graduate person part time position (3 days per week)

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Planning, creating, scheduling and implementing social media content, video creating and/or editing, and running promotions across all social media channels; including but not limited to Facebook, Facebook groups, tik-tok, Instagram channels.

· Demonstrated experience across all listed social media platforms including Facebook, Facebook groups, TikTok, and Instagram is essential.

· Responding to customers' enquiries for all online platforms

· Working with designers to create a positive branding experience that promotes Design Tiles across all social media platforms.

· Administration tasks to support the Marketing team including posting out products and samples

· Updating collateral and briefing designers & website manager to make edits.

· Assisting with ad-hoc projects/collateral as they arise.

· Assisting in the implementation of product launches, challenges and promotions.

· Assisting with sourcing of branded merchandise items for use in promotions.

· Assisting with marketing-related activities for events

· Working with Marketing Coordinator and Web designers to coordinate and upload monthly content for Blog.

· Backup to Communications Specialist, working with Sales and Marketing teams to plan, coordinate, brief designers, program lists and send out e-newsletter communications.

· Monitoring e-newsletter open and click through rates etc.

· Upload/edit photos & videos from database and use it towards all online platforms as per theme/direction provided by Design Team.

· Monitor, track, and report on all marketing campaign performance

· 1-2 Years of Experience is preferred in Social Media Marketing
