What you'll be doing:

Managing a well-supported portfolio with guidance from senior team membersBuilding relationships with tenants and ownersCoordinating repairs & maintenanceLearning to manage arrears and tenancy challenges with confidenceGrowing your knowledge through mentoring and structured training

What we're looking for:

Some experience in Real Estate or Property Management  Certificate of RegistrationDriver's licence & reliable carStrong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skillsA positive attitude and eagerness to learn
