Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager to support a Senior Property Manager with a well-maintained portfolio and take charge of leasing duties. You'll be surrounded by a supportive and experienced team, modern offices, and a Director who leads with passion and energy

The Role:

  • Assist with a portfolio of 250 properties
  • Handle leasing duties including opens, applications, in goings & outgoings
  • Conduct reference checks and process tenant applications
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and trades
  • Coordinate pest & building inspections
  • Earn commission for new business

What You'll Need:

  • Certificate of Registration & a reliable car
  • A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in real estate or leasing is a bonus, but not essential
