We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Technician to join our growing team. This is a key role for someone with proven technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality security solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, program, and maintain advanced electronic security systems across commercial and enterprise environments.
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians, ensuring best practice standards are consistently met.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver end-to-end security solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety standards, and company policies.

Required Certifications & Skills
  • Gallagher Certified Technician
  • Milestone Certified
  • Genetec Certified
  • Current Victorian Security Licence & Cabling Licence (open registration).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IP networking, access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.

Experience
  • Minimum 10 years' industry experience in electronic security systems.
  • Proven track record working with large-scale, complex security installations.
  • Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff highly regarded.
