The Head of Growth - NDIS SIL is responsible for driving positive client intake experiences, sales growth, and marketing effectiveness across our SIL home company. You will lead a team of passionate Relationship Leads across 4 states in Australia. You will have a growth mindset and be a strong collaborator with multiple health professionals to influence at scale. The Head of Growth is an industry expert in both B2B and B2C sales, sales enablement training, brand marketing and community engagement programs within the Australian health services market.
Key responsibilitiesQuality Growth
Lead the growth strategy for SIL, CP supports, and Boarding Houses across all regions and new markets
Oversee the performance of Client Relationship Partners and ensure referral targets, vacancy conversions, and market engagement are met
Drive market entry strategies, service expansion, and SDA partnership development
Business Performance
Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyse business performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
Oversee the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to NDIS success markers, such as revenue per house, hours of support, people metrics, service delivery outcomes, and compliance rates.
Quality Improvement
Regularly review and update policies and procedures to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Participate in team meetings to discuss quality improvement activities and provide updates.
People Metrics
Monitor and report on staffing metrics, including rostering hours, overtime, sick leave, annual leave, and other relevant data.
Analyse workforce data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving staff utilisation and productivity.
Work, Health & Safety
Ensure all workplaces comply with safety standards and regulations.
Oversee the development and maintenance of WHS compliance documents.
Planning, Oversight and Forecasting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS pricing, funding changes, and market conditions
Assess risks and opportunities related to market shifts, policy updates, or emerging competitor activity
Ensure pricing structures and costing models support long-term viability while meeting participant needs
Leadership and Stakeholder Management
Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team of Client Relationship Partners
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and people & culture, to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies
Ensure visibility and accountability of performance goals across national operations and service leads
Organisation
Provide support during staff absences and ensure continuity of service delivery.
Participate in organisational projects and initiatives as directed by management.
Participate in on-call roster
Note: This role may require interstate travel at times
Qualifications and experience- Extensive experience in quality management systems and business performance analysis
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS Quality & Safeguards standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with staffing metrics and HR data analysis
- Experience in the SIL home sector
