Your New Role

We are on the hunt for a passionate, creative and focused Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to join us on a 2-year fixed term contract to lead the marking and communications strategy across the HOME Portfolio.

This role drives performance and lead generation outcomes, manages campaign delivery, oversees brand development, and ensures consistent, high-quality communications across all channels . As a key member of the Marketing leadership team, this role manages two direct reports and works closely with internal departments, agency partners, and the Head of Department to deliver best-in-class campaigns that support leasing performance and brand growth.

You will work on-site in our new premium building located in Parramatta, reporting to the Head of Department. Please note, this role will also require periodic travel to Melbourne.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position suited to someone with excellent organisational skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum 5+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, ideally with property, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. You'll be highly organised and will display strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills, as well as possessing strong leadership and people management skills.
