About YOUR New Job:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of improving financial systems, driving compliance, and supporting business performance across the group.
You'll act as the bridge between finance and technology — using your expertise in Microsoft Business Central (Nav BC) to streamline processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and strengthen internal controls.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead ERP and system improvement projects to drive smarter financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, IFRS standards, and tax requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits with confidence.
- Oversee group consolidation tools and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve efficiency.
- Support treasury, insurance, and corporate compliance initiatives.
About YOU
You're a commercially minded finance professional who loves making systems work better for the business. You think critically, communicate clearly, and take pride in your attention to detail.
You'll bring:
- A degree in accounting, with a CPA, CA (or near completion)
- 10+ years' finance experience with a strong systems or ERP focus.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Business Central / Nav BC (or similar ERP).
- Strong grasp of IFRS and statutory reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
