From inspecting wind turbines and solar farms, to confined-space oil & gas inspections, to telecom line-of-sight surveys – we deliver complex projects for some of the country's most prominent names in energy, utilities, and infrastructure. We're growing fast, but we're ready to push harder. That's where you come in.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive/BDM to help us expand our client base and take the business to the next level.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and building new client relationships.
  • Meeting with decision-makers
  • Supporting the CEO with proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and keeping us on top of opportunities.

What You'll Bring

  • B2B sales or business development experience
  • Confidence in outreach, networking, and winning new business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter mindset – we'll support you, but we need someone who can drive results.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to fit into a great business culture.

What's On Offer

  • Base Salary (Adelaide market): $75k–$90k + super.
  • Commission: 5–8% of new revenue.
  • OTE: $110k–$130k+ (uncapped for strong performers).
  • Flexibility: office/WFH mix.

How We Measure Success

We'll agree on clear, achievable sales targets together — focused on building a pipeline, securing quality client meetings, and generating new revenue.
