Xylem is looking for a Business Development Manager Mining and Bulk Water AW products Eastern Region. The BDM is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, market strategies and contributing to the company’s long-term success.

The role:

- Analysing Business Operations: Evaluate and Expand business operations to drive growth
- Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunity to increase profit.
- Sales and Marketing strategies: Evaluate and improve sales, marketing and branding strategies.
- Market Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to gain an increase market share and develop new lines of business based on consumer behaviours.
- Client Relationships: Develop client relationships and strengthen industrial partnerships.
- Business Negotiations: Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.

About you:

- Strong ability to influence and deliver results
- Proven track record of sales results in the mining Industry
- Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.
- Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software Salesforce
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
