As a Front Office Supervisor at The Sundays, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the Front Office while delivering intuitive, personalised service to every guest. You'll lead by example—supporting the front desk team, coordinating guest arrivals, and maintaining the relaxed sophistication that defines The Sundays experience.
Where you'll make an impact- Supervise and support daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Respond to guest requests, enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Oversee ledgers, house accounts and room allocations to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate check-ins and departures to ensure a smooth and welcoming process.
- Mentor and motivate team members, leading by example in upholding The Sundays' guest experience standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and exceeded.
You're an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for guest service and a calm, confident leadership style. You thrive in a boutique hotel environment where attention to detail, warmth and teamwork are everything.
To be successful, you'll need:- Minimum 12 months' experience in a Front Office Supervisory or Guest Services role within a 4–5 star hotel or resort (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence managing team operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
- Professional presentation and a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
