As Assistant Front Office Manager, you'll support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring our guests enjoy seamless stays from check-in to check-out. You'll lead and mentor a passionate Front Office team, fostering a culture of warmth, efficiency and excellence in every interaction.

Where you'll make an impact
  • Oversee and support daily Front Office operations, ensuring all guests receive professional, efficient and personalised service
  • Lead, coach and roster a team of Front Office hosts and porters to achieve productivity and service standards
  • Respond to guest feedback and handle escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless coordination across the guest journey
  • Maintain accurate financial records, city ledgers and house accounts in collaboration with Accounts
  • Support recruitment, training and development of team members to build capability and engagement
What we're looking for

You're an experienced Front Office professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Calm under pressure and passionate about guest service, you take pride in creating exceptional experiences for every guest.

To be successful, you'll need:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar Assistant Front Office Manager or Supervisor role (Essential)
  • Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of hotel front office systems and procedures (Essential) 
  • QLD open/unrestricted driver's licence (Essential)
  • Ability to obtain a Restricted Drivers Authorisation (Essential) 
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
