- Supervise and support the Porter team to deliver exceptional arrival and departure experiences for all guests
- Ensure all luggage handling, transfers, and guest transport are managed with precision, care and discretion
- Coordinate training, coaching and performance of team members to uphold qualia's luxury service standards
- Oversee the safe, clean and efficient operation of all vehicles
- Communicate effectively with Front Office, Guest Relations, and other departments to anticipate and fulfil guest needs
You're a polished and professional hospitality leader who understands the importance of first impressions. With a strong background in guest services and a keen eye for detail, you take pride in ensuring each guest interaction feels effortless and personalised.
To be successful, you'll need:- QLD open/unrestricted manual driver licence, must have held a drivers licence for at least 3 years (Essential)
- Previous experience as a Concierge or Porter in a 4–5 star property (Essential)
- Strong vehicle handling skills for manoeuvring luggage Utes (Essential)
- At least 1 year in a Front Office or Guest Services supervisory role (Desirable)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
