Are you an energetic people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to be the heartbeat of our Molendinar branch.

In this role, you'll support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading a motivated team. Acting as 2IC, you'll guide and coach branch staff — including Vehicle Delivery Specialists and Driver Advocates — to ensure seamless coordination and outstanding customer service. You'll manage fleet availability, maintenance, and logistics planning while liaising with internal and external partners to keep vehicles road-ready and operations running efficiently.

You'll take ownership of reporting and data integrity, maintaining accurate electronic records, producing operational summaries, and ensuring compliance across all documentation. With a strong focus on customer and stakeholder engagement, you'll handle communications, coordinate vehicle logistics, and collaborate with Business Development Managers and referral partners to deliver exceptional service. When things get busy, you'll be ready to roll up your sleeves and help process applications or leads to keep the momentum going.

Adaptability is key in this role. You'll collaborate across departments, respond flexibly to workflow changes, and continuously look for ways to improve how we do things. You'll bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and help foster a workplace culture that's safe, supportive, and fun.

We're looking for someone with strong operational knowledge of automotive repair, insurance services, or vehicle rental, along with experience in fleet and vendor management. You'll be confident interpreting branch-level data, skilled at coaching and motivating teams, and great at building relationships with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
