Hartell Renovations ) is an exciting and fast-growing renovations company, and we're looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our team at our Molendinar office.
The Role
This role is all about keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Tasks will include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting clients.
- Scheduling appointments and managing staff calendars.
- General admin duties such as reconciling payments, checking inventory, and filing.
- Assisting with small tasks like social media posts and office organisation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous admin experience is highly regarded.
- Experience in the construction industry will be a big advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
- Someone organised, reliable, and able to pick things up quickly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
Hours & Location
- Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm.
- Office located in Molendinar (Gold Coast).
