Hartell Renovations ) is an exciting and fast-growing renovations company, and we're looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our team at our Molendinar office.

The Role

This role is all about keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Tasks will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting clients.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing staff calendars.
  • General admin duties such as reconciling payments, checking inventory, and filing.
  • Assisting with small tasks like social media posts and office organisation.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous admin experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience in the construction industry will be a big advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
  • Someone organised, reliable, and able to pick things up quickly.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.

Hours & Location

  • Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm.
  • Office located in Molendinar (Gold Coast).
