Key responsibilities
Living in Moss Vale in the Southern Highlands or surrounds preferred.
Working closely with the business owner to prioritize work flow.
- Document preparation/formatting internal and external communications e.g. drafting certificates, interacting with the NSW Planning Portal, emails, reports, fee proposals.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director and employees, including managing correspondence, scheduling site inspections and maintaining records.
- Minimum 3-5 years of administration experience required.
- Use of computer programs to ensure Quality Management System (QMS) for operations of the business.
- Review NSW Planning Portal applications for completeness of information and architectural plans.
- NSW Planning Portal experience preferred.
- Construction/building industry knowledge preferred.
- The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Attend to customer administration needs.
- Maintain accounts through a software package.
- Australian work authorization required for this position.
