Job Responsibilities

Macmahon is currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced All Round Operators to join our new Hot Seating Crew at the Greenbushes Lithium Mine. 

About the role

  • Lifestyle roster - 8 hour shifts so you can be home every night
  • Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) to Greenbrushes Lithium Mine
  • Flexible roster options:
    • 2:1 (nights/days)
    • 7:7 (nights/days)

Please note: These roles are open to candidates living within a 120-minute drive of the Greenbushes site, Maranup Ford Road, Greenbushes WA. Camp accommodation is not provided. 

About you

  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physically fit for the demands of the role
  • Proven ability to operate in a safe and efficient manner

Demonstrated experience operating variety of the below;

  • Trucks and Water Carts: Caterpillar 785
  • Loader: Caterpillar 992
  • Track Dozers: Caterpillar D10T
  • Graders: Caterpillar 16M
  • Excavators: Hitachi EX3600 EX2600-6 and Hitachi EX an advantage)
