Business process improvement - End to end project management excellence for construction infrastructure delivery.

About the role:

We're looking for a results-driven process improvement leader able to make decisions to drive and deliver measurable improvements across key construction projects at Sydney Water. In this hands-on role, you'll coach teams, support high-impact initiatives, and uplift process maturity by applying innovative methods.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering, business, project management, or a related field (with additional qualifications in portfolio, program, or project management highly desirable)
  • Minimum 10yrs experience in Infrastructure delivery best practice improvement.
  • Significant stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers across teams & business units to achieve outcomes.
  • Advanced Technical writing skills.

Important: This is a Business Process Lead role focused on supporting the planning and development of Water infrastructure construction projects.

It is not a digital or IT infrastructure role. Applicants will only be considered if they have relevant experience in Water infrastructure development, delivery and construction.
