Are you a master of rosters, a data-driven decision maker, and passionate about optimising workforce performance? Reporting into the Workforce Planning Lead, Medibank is looking for a Workforce Planning Specialist to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences in the moments that matter most.
A key part of this role will be to collaborate closely with our forecasting specialists and frontline leaders to create and manage rosters, balance real time resourcing against incoming demand and identify insights and trends that support continuous optimisation.
What You'll Do:
Work in partnership with specialised teams across multiple channels (Voice, Digital, Face-to-Face).
Facilitate daily cadences with team leaders to report on performance and discuss insights
Build and optimise rosters that align with service level targets and enterprise agreements.
Monitor real-time performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with Forecast Leads and Channel Leaders to ensure optimal staffing.
Analyse data trends to drive continuous improvement
Support reporting automation and integration with payroll systems.
What You Bring:
Expertise in Workforce Management principles and scheduling software.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Experience with Genesys platforms and outbound dialler tools preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to change.
Experience in managing multiple channels of communication (omni channel)
Ideally working in a similar role in Banking, Telco or the Insurance industry
