**The Opportunity**

As the Workforce Planner for Amplar Health you will be integral to the delivery of optimised workforce planning for clinicians working across various Virtual Health programs.

You will play a critical role in analysing, forecasting & planning workforce supply and demand for frontline healthcare staff while supporting internal operations to optimise workforce supply and demand.

**Reporting to the Senior Manager - Workforce Planning, you will also**:

- Drive commercial benefits through implementing “best practice” workforce planning optimisation.
- Manage short, med and long term Forecasts & Service Level Management optimisation to ensure the right number of staff are scheduled to work at the right time to provide service quality and targets to meet requirements.
- Report and communicate on emerging trends and anomalies including adherence, shrinkage, occupancy, performance and productivity, staffing or service trends.
- Innovate approach, refine tools, explore modernisation through technology and creatively enhance to continue to drive enhanced client outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to work collaboratively and deliver excellence in customer service and KPIs attainment.
- Provide both formal and informal narrative and graphical representation of resource plan assumptions, logic, calculations, variations and associated staffing strategies and mitigation tactics.

This a permanent full time role and you can work from home and/or from one of our offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

**About you**

You are a problem solver, analytical, enjoy working with data and use initiative to manage issues, drive outcomes and process improvements across the business.

**You will also bring to the role**:

- Experience in complex Workforce Planning across short, medium and long term **Forecasting** for a multi-disciplinary workforce, ideally within a virtual/contact centre environment.
- Detailed understanding of **Real Time** and **Service Level Planning** methodology, logic, limits, processes.
- Knowledge and proficiency of Alvaria eWFM is highly desirable, or alternate WFP software expertise is essential.
- Experience in modelling and analytical aptitude and proven experience of producing reports, analysis and numerically intensive work.
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience using reporting tools such as Power Point and Tableau.
