What You Will Be Doing

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales division, including:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, emails, calls, meetings, and personal tasks.
  • Sales & Property Admin: Oversee listings, contracts, and communication with clients and solicitors.
  • Marketing & Prospecting: Coordinate campaigns, prepare documents, and support lead generation.
  • Client Experience: Deliver service aligned with brand values across all interactions.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Compile reports, process sales, and ensure regulatory compliance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or EA role (real estate experience highly regarded).
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy with strong database and document management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Agents Representative Registration (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) is preferred or willing to obtain.
