The Brighton Hotel Motel is a local favourite on Brisbane's northside, known for its relaxed atmosphere, great pub classics, and welcoming service. We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver a quality dining experience for our loyal locals and visitors alike.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Leading and mentoring the team to ensure consistency and quality
- Contributing to menu development and specials
- Managing stock, ordering, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- Passion for producing high-quality pub meals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
