We Are Hiring For:

1. Sous Chef

You are the right hand to our Head Chef, a leader in the kitchen, and a mentor to the team. You thrive under pressure and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Supervise and lead the team during service, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Help develop new menu items and specials.
  • Maintain strict inventory control and ordering.
  • Uphold impeccable food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train and motivate junior team members.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior CDP ready to step up.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge in steak butchery and woodfire grilling techniques.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A calm and focused demeanor during busy services.

2. Chef de Partie (CDP)

You are a station master, reliable, skilled, and ready to take ownership of a section. You execute dishes with precision and take pride in your craft.

What you'll do:

  • Run a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., deep fired, sauté, bake) efficiently.
  • Prepare and cook dishes to exact specifications during service.
  • Ensure mise en place is completed to the highest standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station.
  • Work closely with other team members.

What you bring:

  • Solid experience as a CDP or a Demi Chef looking for progression.
  • Excellent technical skills on a specific section.
  • Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure.
  • A strong team spirit and a positive attitude.
  • A desire to learn and develop new skills.

3. Junior Chef / Commis Chef

This is your opportunity to launch your culinary career You are eager to learn, hardworking, and ready to absorb everything a professional kitchen has to offer.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the CDPs and Sous Chef with food preparation (mise en place).
  • Learn the fundamentals of various kitchen stations.
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Support the team during service to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
  • Develop your knife skills and culinary techniques.

What you bring:

  • A genuine passion for food and a desire to build a career in hospitality.
  • Culinary school diploma or some kitchen experience is a plus, but a great attitude is essential.
  • Willingness to work hard, listen, and learn.
  • Reliability and a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work roasted shifts including weekends.
