Description

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and board-level discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.

Profile

A successful Senior FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is highly regarded.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
