The role will also involve supporting the group statutory reporting function in addition to the core FP&A duties.

Description

The Senior FP&A and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the following but not be limited to:

  • Prepare, analyse, and report on financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in producing the group consolidated financial accounts
  • Support the development of long-term financial strategies and business plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level financial presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead or support ad hoc projects related to financial planning and analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of financial tools.
  • Ad hoc process improvement initiatives

Profile

A successful Senior FP&A and Reporting Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and CA/CPA qualification
  • Background in a top chartered firm with experience in Audit, Corporate Finance or Business Services
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with an ERP and/or consolidation tools ideal
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
