The Role

Responsibilities

As a FP&A Analyst, you'll report to the Senior Manager – FP&A and Reporting and play a key role in capital reporting, financial modelling, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with key stakeholders to provide capital reporting, analysis, and insights.
• Developing and maintaining long-term capital strategy plans (5-year strategy) and financial models.
• Supporting capital governance, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly capital reports and financial presentations.
• Engaging with stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives.
  
  

About You

We're Looking For Someone With

• 1-5 years of experience in a financial, commercial, or capital analyst role post qualification.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• CPA/CA qualification with a solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.
• Experience in a Big 4 or mid tier chartered environment is highly regarded - 1st/ 2nd movers encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
