Job Description The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for (but not limited to): Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
Forecasting & Budgeting Preparation of the organisation's 5-year plan Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Identify trends and provide insights to improve financial performance.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Support the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators and deliver actionable recommendations.
Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership.
Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations Other ad hoc projects as requested by the CFO and Board.
The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Senior Analyst should have: A strong background in accounting and finance Experience in a relevant industry Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A good attention to detail Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations.
Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in Melbourne.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
