  • Must be available to work all shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Working rights required for this role

Commercial kitchen experience is essential for this high-volume environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards
  • Ensuring consistency and presentation of all menu items
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chef
  • Providing a positive team culture
  • Adhering to all food safety and health regulations

Our venue is open 5 days a week Wednesday - Sunday. Staff food & beverage discounts are included. 40hr work week over 5 days to suit the business needs.
