THE POSITION

  • Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
  • Food preparation
  • Customer service and using Point of Sale
  • Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively
  • Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording

THE PERSON

  • Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in comparable environment
  • Good communication skills and the ability to train other staff
  • Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
  • Strong understanding of WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
