Position Summary Reverends Coffee is seeking a skilled and reliable Casual Breakfast Cook to join our team in Fortitude Valley. This role is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes in a fast-paced café environment, while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook breakfast menu items consistently to a high standard.
  • Manage prep and service efficiently during busy periods.
  • Plate dishes with attention to presentation and detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Assist with stock rotation, storage, and kitchen cleaning duties.
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a breakfast/short-order cook in a café or similar environment.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
Role Details
  • Casual position with flexible morning shifts, including weekends.
  • Early starts, no evening shifts.
  • Award wages + penalty rates.
