Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Building & Construction team, delivering landmark projects across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

About the Role As a Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of commercial, industrial and defence projects valued between $20M and $100M. You'll take ownership from contract award through to completion — driving outcomes, managing stakeholders, and ensuring every project meets time, cost and quality expectations.

This position offers exposure to high-profile builds across metro and regional SA and NT, with the support of an experienced leadership team that values initiative and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion — scope, budget, and program.
  • Participate in design and costing phases, collaborating with Estimating and client partners.
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and project reporting.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to business growth initiatives.

About You

  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator for a head or managing contractor.
  • Proven success delivering commercial projects valued $5M–$100M+.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
  • Construction White Card and current Driver's Licence.
  • Australian citizenship (eligible for Defence clearance).

Highly Regarded

  • Experience with Procore, Aconex or similar project management systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Pronto.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project teams.
