Senior Project Manager – Defence Sector

Adelaide | Permanent | Defence & Technology Projects

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex end-to-end projects in the Defence sector. You'll be responsible for leading large, multi-year programs while managing several smaller projects running in parallel.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the delivery of large-scale, high-value Defence projects from initiation through to completion
  • Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across multiple workstreams
  • Oversee project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Build strong relationships with Defence clients, suppliers, and partners

What we're looking for:

  • Significant experience as a Project Manager in the Defence industry
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, end-to-end projects
  • Experience running multiple smaller concurrent projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
  • Current or the ability to hold Australian NV1 Security Clearance
