About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Senior Salesforce Project Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is key in driving the strategic direction, delivery, and success of Salesforce projects, ensuring they align with both client expectations and business objectives. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be key driving deep and trusted client project relationships, lead the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, and strategically guide the project team to meet key milestones. You will ensure that projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget, while consistently adding value to the client and the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives, work with leading technologies (including Salesforce, Mulesoft, Tableau, and AI/ML), and help shape the future of our clients' services and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Ensure client needs are understood, expectations are managed, and solutions align with their business objectives.
  • Strategic Project Leadership:

  • End-to-End Delivery Management:
Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Manage resources, schedules, and risks effectively while adapting to changes in client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Alignment:
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders, including senior leadership, Sales, Salesforce architects, and developers, to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives. Ensure all project teams are working towards the same outcomes and manage any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Accountability for Results:
Take strategic accountability for the overall success of projects, ensuring that both business outcomes and client satisfaction are consistently met. Lead the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business value for the client.
  • Project Governance & Risk Management:
Establish and maintain strong project governance processes, including tracking project performance against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Proactively identify and manage project risks, providing solutions to keep projects on track and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Mentoring and Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative culture that drives high performance. Encourage ongoing professional development for team members and ensure that skills and capabilities are aligned with project requirements.
  • Change Management:
Guide the client through change management processes, ensuring that any changes to the project scope are effectively managed, communicated, and implemented with minimal disruption to the project.
  • Strategic Reporting & Communication:
Provide strategic updates and project insights to both internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency and maintaining a proactive communication approach.
  • Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements across project delivery and client management to drive efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience managing Salesforce (or similar technology) projects, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, focusing on client-facing responsibilities.
