ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an incredible opportunity for you to join a team whose primary mission is to help keep people safe, and its purpose is to improve people's lives through education.  Day to day, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading workplace health and safety training programs primarily face-to-face, in an interactive classroom environment, with pre-course work being undertaken online.

You will be required to monitor and support students over the enrolment period and during the course using a Moodle e-learning platform.

FULLTIME AND CASUAL ROLES AVAILABLE.

You are a talented, positive and passionate trainer who enjoys training and engaging with a broad group of people.  Some of your other talents include

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential).
  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419) or a higher qualification in WHS/OHS is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a Work Health and Safety (WHS) or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) role, particularly where it supports the delivery of the WA-mandated WorkSafe Health and Safety Representative (HSR) training course.
  • Incident investigation experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional and adaptable facilitation skills, with the ability to create an inclusive, engaging, and learner-focused training environment.
