Full-time permanent position with attractive 9-day fortnight (RDO system in place for full time employees).
Position is based from our campus south of the river (Victoria Park) but does involve metropolitan and regional travel using College provided vehicles.

Current employment opportunities
We are seeking to employ a full-time trainer and assessor with current industry experience in the following industry area:
- Retail Butcher Trainer and Assessor
Essential qualifications, licences and experience include:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment required or a willingness to gain this qualification with the assistance of the College
- Candidate must have a current Certificate III Meat Processing (Retail Butcher)
- Relevant industry qualifications with 5 years current industry experience and willingness to obtain or up-skill to new qualifications
- Australian drivers licence (a pool car is provided for client visits and regional travel is a vital part of the role)

- Highly flexible and able to adapt to changing work environment and student demographics
- Passion to see others achieve their full potential
- Enthusiastic in nature, positive focus, optimistic outlook on life
- Motivated to take on a continuous learning journey
Essential skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work within diverse environments

- Communication (high levels of written, oral and e-communications)

- IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, researching the internet and using modern technologies (e.g. smart phone)
